New Fall Schedule: Updates & Changes

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are excited to announce our new schedule for Fall/Winter with some additions and updates. This schedule goes into effect Sunday, August 30, 2015.   What's New? Barbell Club: With this new schedule we will be taking our Barbell Club classes to the next level with new instructor and coach, Ryan Atkins. These classes will primarily focus on Olympic-style lifts such as the snatch, clean, and jerk.
