YOUTH TRAINING SCHEDULE

At Waukesha Youth Sports Training we implement a training system that is comprised of three phases. Athletes are placed in a phase depending on a

number of factors ( age, training experience, injury history, goals, and individual needs).

Phase I (4-6TH Grade)
Thursdays -5-6 pm

Saturday- 10-11 am

Phase II (7-9TH Grade)
Thursdays- 6:15-7:15 pm

Saturdays- 11:15-12:15 am

Phase III (10-12TH Grade)
Thursdays- 7:30-8:30 am

Saturdays- 12:30-1:30 pm
